The CDC Foundation and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC) Division of Viral Hepatitis convened National Summit on HCV Prevention and Cure in Atlanta, GA July 17 - 18, 2014. The summit coincided with the occasion of the 25th anniversary of Hepatitis C. Summit presentations focused on the critical interventions needed to improve the continuum of HCV testing, care, and treatment in the United States. In addition, Dan Bradley, the CDC scientist responsible for the discovery of Hepatitis C was recognized during a special reception.The webcasting for the meeting can be accessed by clicking the video above.
